FOUNDATIONS

Forge Start

3 private sessions + unlimited group classes for 14 days. For people who have never touched a barbell. Ends with a lift-off and a written plan.

PERFORMANCE

Barbell Club

6 Olympic weightlifting sessions a week, coached by our two USAW Level 2 coaches. For members serious about snatch and clean & jerk.

PRIVATE

1:1 Coaching

Weekly 45-minute sessions with a head coach. Programming written for you. Video reviews between sessions. Injury rehab / return-to-sport welcome.
