Drafts the 34 replies you would send anyway, in your voice, across four languages. Sits them in Drafts, never sends. You press ⌘↵ or delete.
A meeting guard
Watches your calendar. Pulls the right deck, the last three emails, and the open Notion page the night before. Ends meetings 8 minutes early, politely.

Sunday morning: two pages, your week compressed. Who's waiting on what. Who went quiet. What got done. What didn't. No metrics theatre.

Helix is built by a team of five who have shipped at Linear, Superhuman, Mercury, and DeepMind. We are based in a converted attic on Schanzengraben 17, we ship every Friday, and we believe email software has been unkind to attention for twenty-four years.

The short version.
Will my email actually be private?
Yes. Helix runs inference in your own Google Cloud project (bring-your-own-key) or, for enterprise, in an isolated VPC in your region. We never store email bodies. Model output is discarded after 9 minutes. SOC 2 Type II audit is live, ISO 27001 lands Q3 2026.
How much?
$32 / month. Annual: $288. Team of 5+: $24 / seat. No free tier. We are paid by users, not advertisers. If that's not the trade you want, there are excellent free products.
Why is there a waitlist?
Because the model we run on your last 90 days of email takes 22 minutes to fine-tune, and we can only do that for 80 people on a Tuesday. We'll clear the waitlist by the end of May 2026.
Does it work with my email?
Gmail & Google Workspace from day one. Fastmail in week 2. Proton Mail Q3 2026. Outlook is on the roadmap for Q4. If you're on iCloud, we're not the right product (yet).
Can I skip the waitlist?
Three ways. (1) Refer three people who sign up — you move to next Tuesday's batch. (2) Tell us one thing we can't find on your LinkedIn in the "note" field. (3) You founded a company we've invested in. That's it.
